Ben Barlow
Non-Executive Chaiman
Ben has extensive experience as a director having served in both private companies and statutory organisations. He brings strong practical agribusiness experience, and a proven record of building sustained shareholder value, most recently as Director, Australian Wool Network.
His qualifications include Master of Business (Agribusiness) Monash University, and Bachelor of Economics, Latrobe University.
Stuart Upton
Chief Executive Officer
Stuart serves as the Chief Executive Officer of RLF AgTech, steering the company’s strategic vision and its global growth in the crop nutrition industry. With a remarkable history in international agribusiness, Stuart offers a wealth of expertise in commercial strategy, operational leadership, and market development.
He possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and holds Executive Leadership qualifications from Harvard Business School, with a concentration on Global Business and Leading with Finance.
Andrew Hunter FCPA
Chief Financial Officer & CoSec
Andrew is a seasoned CFO and CEO with exeptional commercial acumen, offering over 30 years of financial and institutional leadership to RLF. He dedicated 22 years to Macquarie Group, notably as the Head of Europe, Middle East, and Africa for Macquarie Capital, before taking on the roles of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Export Finance Australia, and later, Chief Executive Officer of CPA Australia.
He earned a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
Mike Lu,
PhD
CEO Asia and Executive Director
Mike has significant management experience in Chinese plant nutrition markets, and holds a PhD in Soil Science and Plant Nutrition.
He has considerable senior level industry experience, including with Cargill Fertilizer Inc. (USA) and its Cargill Tianjin China (US-Sino Joint Venture) operations.
He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Paul McKenzie
Non-Executive Director
Paul is the Managing Partner of Agrarian Management Consultants to Agriculture, a leading WA consultancy with offices in Geraldton, Perth and Katanning.
He is a Fellow of AICD, past President of the Australian Association of Agricultural Consultants (WA) Inc and a Ministerial Appointee to various agribusiness review and advisory panels.
