Ben Barlow
Non-Executive Chaiman
Ben has extensive experience as a director having served in both private companies and statutory organisations. He brings strong practical agribusiness experience, and a proven record of building sustained shareholder value, most recently as Director, Australian Wool Network.
His qualifications include Master of Business (Agribusiness) Monash University, and Bachelor of Economics, Latrobe University.
Stuart Upton
Chief Executive Officer
Stuart serves as the Chief Executive Officer of RLF AgTech, steering the company’s strategic vision and its global growth in the crop nutrition industry. With a remarkable history in international agribusiness, Stuart offers a wealth of expertise in commercial strategy, operational leadership, and market development.
He possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and holds Executive Leadership qualifications from Harvard Business School, with a concentration on Global Business and Leading with Finance.
Andrew Hunter FCPA
Chief Financial Officer & CoSec
Andrew is a seasoned CFO and CEO with exeptional commercial acumen, offering over 30 years of financial and institutional leadership to RLF. He dedicated 22 years to Macquarie Group, notably as the Head of Europe, Middle East, and Africa for Macquarie Capital, before taking on the roles of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Export Finance Australia, and later, Chief Executive Officer of CPA Australia.
He earned a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
Mike Lu,
PhD
General Manager Asia
Mike has significant management experience in Chinese plant nutrition markets, and holds a PhD in Soil Science and Plant Nutrition.
He has considerable senior level industry experience, including with Cargill Fertilizer Inc. (USA) and its Cargill Tianjin China (US-Sino Joint Venture) operations.
He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Jeremy Evans
General Manager LiquaForce
Jeremy boasts more than 25 years of experience in agribusiness, complemented by a specialised and pertinent background in irrigation and fertigation systems. As an industry leader, he has consistently driven sales growth and enhanced technical expertise across Australia, New Zealand, and Southern Africa. Known for his pragmatic leadership and mentorship, he has earned recognition in the field.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Business Management from Federation University, an Advanced Diploma of Management, and in Agricultural Engineering.
Greg Hunt
Non-Executive Director
Greg Hunt has more than 35 years' leadership experience across agriculture, agribusiness and industrial sectors. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Nufarm Limited and Managing Director of Elders Limited. Greg has also served as a non-executive director and Chairman across a range of listed and private companies. He has extensive experience in strategy, capital allocation, international market development, governance and value creation, and has also served as a non-executive director and chairman across a range of listed and private companies.
Tim Watson
Non-Executive Director
Tim Watson brings extensive commercial farming and listed company experience, having spent more than 30 years developing and managing Sunland Agriculture, a leading broadacre irrigated cropping and horticulture business in southern New South Wales. He later served as Non-Executive Director, Chairman and Executive Chairman of ASX-listed Namoi Cotton, where he led the company through its successful acquisition by Louis Dreyfus Company. Tim also has extensive experience in agricultural policy and corporate governance. He has also contributed to agricultural policy and industry development, including as Chair of the Lower Lachlan Water Users Association, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Chris Ramsey
Non-Executive Director
Christopher Ramsey is the founder of AgWorld and has more than 35 years' experience across agribusiness, agricultural technology, sales, marketing and commercial strategy. He has founded and built multiple businesses, developed extensive industry relationships across Australia's agricultural sector and worked with boards and executive teams to drive commercial growth and strategic execution.
